    After reboot:

    sc stop UsoSvc && sc config UsoSvc start= disabled
schtasks /Change /TN "Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\Scheduled Start" /Disable
schtasks /Change /TN "Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\Automatic App Update" /Disable
